Terms and Conditions:
Discounts: For a limited time, discount codes
of $50 or $85 entitle the buyer to an additional discount but
this discount is not taken out before purchase . The discount
amount will be sent via check within 31 days of purchase. The
reason for this is that we are offering a special Biomat Health
price, and are willing to do this once you have definintely
decided to keep the product. The $100 health professional discount
WILL be applied at checkout if you qualify. Please email us
or fax us your professional certificate.
Warranty:
Richway International, Inc. Product Warranty term is 1
year. If there are any problems with the product, the company
will repair or exchange the product at no cost. After 1 year,
it is still possible to send in the product for repair by our specialists
for a low fee.
Shipping Policy: Once we receive your order,
we will place the order within the same business day and when the
order is being shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking information.
UPS wil also call you when your order is near delivery.
DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
7 - 14 business Days
Some shippers do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping),
the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example:
A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not
arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding
weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through
Friday at around 4:30 pm HST.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
For 2nd day air we add $25 per box (pillow and mat are in separate containers
and would be $50 additional for both to arrive 2nd Day). These orders are given
top priority. Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped
within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders
ship out Tuesday through Friday around 2:30 PM HST.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Call
1-888-800-8630 for rates.. Price does not include customs and duty tax on any
pickup charges.
Hawaiian Islands: Next Day Service only. All transactions must include a 4.166%
general excise tax.
Returns:
Once payment is received, you may cancel your sales transaction
without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products
for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be
in original factory condition, including all packaging materials,
inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
If you decide to return the product, please call us and we will
walk you through the return process.
