Warranty:
The Biomat and Rejuvena are covered under the manufacturer
warranty (Richway International) for 1 year, which is included
with your purchase.
If there are any problems with the product, the
manufacturer will repair or exchange the product at no cost. After
1 year, the manufacturer offers a warranty extension program for
up to 3 years:
After 1 year, it costs $60 for a repair.
After 2 years, it costs $120 for a repair.
3+ years it depends on what the problem is.
The Alkal-Life 7000 SL comes with a 3 year full warranty.
You may trade in any of the Richway products at any point in the product's lifespan
for a 50% credit towards a new product. This way you will always have the most
current model for the life of the product.
If you have purchased a product with Biomat Health and are having any problems,
please give us a call and we will help you process your claim with the manufacturer.
GROUND SHIPPING DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
7 - 14 Business Days
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48
hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Generally shipments leave
the warehouse Tuesday through Friday. If you order at the end of
Friday, it will likely start to ship Monday or Tuesday. If a product
is out of stock (generally unlikely) then the shipment will be delayed,
but even in these situations, its not more than 14 days before you
get it.
Once we receive your order,
we will place the order within the same business day and when the
order is being shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking information.
UPS wil also call you when your order is near delivery.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
For Express 2-3 day shipping we add $25 per box (pillow and mat are in separate
containers and would be $50 additional for both to arrive Express). These orders
are given top priority. Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually
shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Call
1-888-800-8630 for rates. Price does not include customs and duty tax on any
pickup charges.
Hawaiian Islands: Next Day Service only. All transactions must include a 4.166%
general excise tax.
RETURNS:
Once payment is received, you may cancel your sales transaction
without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products
for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be
in original factory condition, including all packaging materials,
inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
