DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Some shippers do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm HST.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
For 2nd day air we add $25 per box (pillow and mat are in separate containers and would be $50 additional for both to arrive 2nd Day) Please call for overseas rates. These orders are given top priority. Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday around 2:30 PM HST.

Refund Policy

1 ) 7 days after receipt, returned for a full refund or exchange.
2 ) after 8 days and up to 14 days of receipt, returned for 70% refund or exchange only
